Summer Enrichment Camp 2022

BOLPA's 2022 summer enrichment camp will begin on Wednesday, June 1st, and end on Friday, July 29th. Summer Camp will be closed on Monday, June 20th in observance of Juneteenth and again Monday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We are open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Friday all year except for holidays. Campers may not be dropped off before we open and must be picked up by our closing time. For your scholar to attend summer camp, they must be present by 9:00 AM each day. Campers that arrive at 9:01 will not be allowed to attend camp that day. Breakfast is served each morning at 8:00.

Campers must arrive by 8:30 to eat breakfast. Additionally, no outside food is permitted for breakfast, lunch, or snacks. Finally, campers are not required to wear uniforms but must wear closed-toe shoes with a back on them, and campers are not permitted to wear hair beads.

Preschool (Pre-K2, K3, and Pre-K4)

• 2' thick mat for nap time (labeled)

• Pronged folder with pockets

• Complete change of clothes

• 1 Container of Disinfectant Wipes

Elementary (Kindergarten - 3rd Grade)

• Summer Tuition & Fees

• Summer Commitment

BOLPA's Summer Enrichment Camp is a nine-week program. Parents are responsible for the commitment for the entire summer.

• Activity Fee

The activity fee will cover on-campus and off-campus field trips. All trips will be announced the week prior. All Campers must have a signed permission slip to participate in all activities. The activity fee, like all BOLPA fees, is non-refundable.

• Summer Vacations and Absences

If your scholar will be absent from camp for a week, please complete our vacation form two weeks in advance. When your scholar is not present, you will be responsible for paying a weekly space holding fee of $60. If notice is not given by completing this form in advance, you will be responsible for the entire weekly tuition amount. To receive the vacation rate of $60, campers must be absent for an entire week. If a camper attends one or more days in a week, full tuition is required.
