Dear Eagle Parent,
Please review the important information below. Please note that amendments have been made to some dates and times.
Preschool Registration & Mandatory Parent Meeting (Transitional - Junior Kindergarten)
The mandatory parent meeting and preschool scholars' registration will now occur on July 19th at 5:30 PM. The meeting location is Bell Manor, located on the west side of our campus. Please bring all required registration documents needed to complete your child's file. Look below for all needed documents. Please note that the previously paid enrollment fee included all required payments. Please be advised that your scholar may not attend school until their registration is completed.
Elementary Registration & Mandatory Parent Meeting (Senior K - 3rd grade)
The mandatory parent meeting and elementary scholars' registration will now occur on July 20th at 5:30 PM. The meeting location is Bell Manor, located on the west side of our campus. Please bring all required registration documents needed to complete your child's file. Look below for all needed documents. Please note that the previously paid enrollment fee included all required payments. Please be advised that your scholar may not attend school until their registration is completed.

Parent's State ID/ Driver's License
Student Birth Certificate (K5-3rd)
Student Social Security Card (K5-3rd)
Printed photo of the child (wallet size preferred)
Immunization/ updated shot Record
Medical reports for allergies
School Supply Drop-off
Parents may drop off school supplies after the registration/parent meeting. Parents should leave all supplies in their car and will receive directions about where to drop off supplies during the meeting. The school supply list is attached and can also be found online at https://www.bolpp.org/school-supply-list.
Eagle Closet
Our annual eagle closet takes place during registration. Gently used BOLPA uniforms will be available for any BOLPA scholar at no cost. If you'd like to donate uniforms, please place them in the bin outside our door during summer camp hours. Donations will be accepted now through July 15th.
Uniforms
Scholars are expected to come dressed in full uniform on their first day, and parents must purchase uniforms at Village Mart, 2911 Covington Pike, Memphis, TN 38128. Spirit shirts will be distributed once they are available. On July 25th and 26th, parents may receive a 10% discount on uniforms at Village Mart. Please inform them that you are from Breath of Life to receive the discount.
Meet The Teacher
On August 4th, we will have "Meet the Teacher." This brief session will allow you to meet your child's teacher(s) and ask any questions that you may have. We will share the signup link during the parent meeting. Parents must wear masks, and all visitors must adhere to our COVID-19 policies.

Tuition Payments
Please note that the first week of tuition for Pre-K2 and Pre-K3 is due by August 5th.
The first month of tuition is due by July 15th for Junior K through 3rd-grade scholars on a payment plan.

Contact & Hours
BOLPA is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the upcoming school year. All elementary scholars are dismissed at 4:00 PM and must be picked up by 4:30 PM each day. On Fridays, BOLPA will open at 7:00 AM and close at 4:30 PM, and all scholars must be picked up by this time.
