BOLPA's COVID-19 Plans
Please review the information below for an in depth look at BOLPA's COVID-19 plans.
Visitors

While we typically enjoy inviting visitors and volunteers on campus for birthdays and events, we are asking families to refrain from on-site visits during school hours. We will not allow unauthorized persons on campus between the hours of 7am and 5pm each day.
Meals

BOLPA will continue serving meals to scholars. Scholars will continue washing their hands before and after eating and their face masks will be stored in a labeled, clean space. Unfortunately, students will no longer eat in the cafeteria. All meals will be served in their classrooms to limit unnecessary contact. Our culinary team is following new and improved policies to ensure that our eagles are safe.
Cleaning

BOLPA is following improved and detailed cleaning procedures. Cleaning and sanitation has increased among teachers and our housekeepers. Bathrooms and common areas will be disinfected several times a day.
Uniforms

Scholars will continue to follow our uniform policy. Uniforms must be purchased from village mart on Covington Pike. For additional information regarding dress code, please view our handbook at www.bolpp.org/documents.
Tuition

Their has been no change to our tuition policy. Full tuition is still due. No reimbursements will be given to families that choose to withdraw form our program. Please contact Mrs. Felica Berry for additional information at fberry@bolcc.org or at (901) 383-5509.
Carline

Unfortunately, parents will not be allowed to enter the school to dropoff or pickup their child. All students will be recieved and dismissed via the carline. Please click here for our full carline policies.
Masks

Masks will be worn by all BOLPA staff and masks are optional, but strongly encouraged for scholars. For additional information regarding face coverings, please click here.
Confirmed Case

In the event of a confirmed case of COVID-19, BOLPA will contact the health department and adhere to the guidance that they give regarding closing school.
Distance Learning

In the event of school closing, distance learning will begin. If this should happen, additional information will be shared.
Psalm 91:4-7
New International Version
4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
