Awards Ceremony

We are excited about our upcoming awards ceremony, A Salute to the Stars! The program will take place on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022, at 9:30 AM. Four people may attend per family. Doors will open at 9:00 AM and will close promptly at 9:30 AM. We will not hold seats, so we encourage your party to come in at one time. For the presentation, scholars should wear their Sunday Best.

May Day

It's almost May Day! On Friday, May 20th, scholars will enjoy inflatables, fun games, outdoor play, water fun, and more. Scholars will also have cotton candy, iced treats, and more fun snacks! We will have fun from 9-4! If you would like your eagle to participate, please follow the link below to purchase their $15 ticket. Please don't purchase tickets through SmartCare. Please purchase tickets using the link below by May 13th. After the 13th, tickets will increase to $20. The absolute last day to purchase tickets will be Wednesday, May 18th. Please note that misconduct will not be tolerated, and scholars may be uninvited from May Day if they display poor behavior. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.

• Attire & Lunch

Scholars will wear their class color shirts and any bottoms. Teachers will communicate their class colors. Scholars must wear closed-toed shoes with a back on them. Tennis/athletic shoes will be best. Although scholars will have some water activities, scholars will not change clothes. Therefore, please send scholars in clothes/shoes that may get wet. Our May Day picnic cost is included in the fee above. Allow your scholar to bring a towel/picnic blanket for lunch. Please select either a hotdog or hamburger for your child when signing up.

School Clubs

Please be advised that next week 5/17 through 5/19, our final club sessions will take place.

Summer Camp 2022

Summer camp will begin on Wednesday, June 1st, and end on Friday, July 29th. Summer Camp will be closed on Monday, June 20th in observance of Juneteenth and again Monday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We are open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Friday all year, except for holidays. Campers may not be dropped off before we open and must be picked up by our closing time. For your scholar to attend summer camp, they must be present by 9:00 AM each day. Campers that arrive at 9:01 will not be allowed to attend camp that day. Breakfast is served each morning at 8:00. Campers must arrive by 8:30 to eat breakfast.

• 2' thick mat for nap time (labeled)

• Pronged folder with pockets

• Complete change of clothes

• 1 Container of Disinfectant Wipes

Elementary (Kindergarten - 3rd Grade)

• Summer Tuition & Fees

• Summer Vacations and Absences

If your scholar will be absent from camp for a week, please complete our vacation form two weeks in advance. When your scholar is not present, you will be responsible for paying a weekly space holding fee of $60. If notice is not given by completing this form in advance, you will be responsible for the entire weekly tuition amount. To receive the vacation rate of $60, campers must be absent for an entire week. If a camper attends one or more days in a week, full tuition is required.
