Summer Camp 2021

Dear Eagle Parent,

If you have enrolled your scholar for our 2021 summer term, please review the important information below. Summer camp will begin on June 14th. At BOLPA, summer camp consists of academics and structured play. Teachers will plan many fun and exciting activities for campers to engage in daily. During summer camp, there will be no homework, and each day will be packed full of fun! Please review the important information listed below.

Summer Supplies

Preschool (Pre-K2, K3, and Pre-K4)

• 2' thick mat for nap time (labeled)

• Pronged folder with pockets

• Complete change of clothes

Elementary (Kindergarten - 3rd Grade)

• Pronged folder with pockets

Tuition

All fees will be billed to your SmartCare account each week. Please contact our accounting department at (901) 383-5546 or email fberry@bolcc.org if you have any questions.

Summer Hours

BOLPA is open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. For your scholar to attend summer camp, they must be present by 9:00 AM each day. Students that arrive at 9:01 will not be allowed to attend camp that day.

Vacation and Absences

If your scholar will be absent from camp for three or more days, please complete our vacation form two weeks in advance. When your scholar is not present, you will be responsible for paying a weekly space holding fee of $60.
