Important Christmas Production Update

Hello parents, listed below is updated information regarding BOLPA's 2021 Christmas production.

Our Christmas production will take place on Friday, December 17th, at 10:30 AM. Three guests will be allowed to attend per family, and all guests will be required to wear a mask. Doors will open at 10:00 AM and close at 10:30. All guests must be in their seats by 10:30 AM.

All guests will enter through our campus' main doors located at the front of the church under the awning. Each group must enter and be seated together. Once seated, all guests are asked to remain seated and are prohibited from approaching the stage for photos or videos. Before entering the auditorium, all guests must go through our security checkpoint, where bags will be checked.

Before entering, all guests must complete the COVID-19 form linked below. Only one form should be submitted per family. This questionnaire may be submitted as early as the night before the production.

We would like for scholars to arrive by 8:45, but not later than 9:00 AM. Because December 17th is a scheduled half-day of school, parents will exit the building and pick up their scholar(s) in the car line immediately after being dismissed from the sanctuary. The carline will take place at the regular location. As always, we will do our best to get each scholar to their vehicle swiftly, but we ask that parents remain patient and allow us to ensure that each scholar gets to their vehicle safely.
