Eagle Updates 11-18-2021

Hello Eagle Parents,

Please review the important information outlined below.

Friday Attire

Parents and scholars, per President Peyton, scholars are allowed to wear any school-colored bottoms with their spirit shirts on Fridays. No longer are scholars required to wear jeans, but any red, navy, or white pants, skirts, jeans, etc.

Christmas Production

This year's Christmas production will take place on Friday, December 17th, at 10:30 AM. Three guests will be allowed to attend per family, and all guests will be required to wear a mask. Doors will open at 10:15 AM and close at 10:35. All guests must be in their seats by 10:35 AM. Because December 17th is a scheduled half-day of school, parents will exit the building and pick up their scholars in the car line immediately after the production. All costumes should be sent to school on Monday, December 6th, in a labeled bag. Additionally, please label individual articles of clothing. School Closings

-November 24th-26th: Elementary Thanksgiving Break

-November 25th-26th: Preschool Thanksgiving Break

-December 20th-24th & December 31st: Preschool Christmas Break

-December 20th-31st: Elementary Christmas Break

Clubs (Senior K - 3rd Grade)

Parents, changes have been made to the club's schedule for the month of December. Clubs will only meet once in December during the week of December 6th through 9th.

Canned Food Drive

Don't forget, BOLPA's canned food drive will end today at 5:00 PM. Only non-perishable items will be accepted. Canned goods may be dropped off during drop-off and pickup times. Let's be a blessing to those in need this Thanksgiving season!

Labeling

Parents, as temperatures begin to drop and scholars begin wearing additional outerwear, please ensure that their belongings are labeled. Please label coats, jackets, hats, etc. Furthermore, please label backpacks, lunch boxes, reusable masks, water bottles, and other personal items. As a reminder, BOLPA is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

Carline Reminders

As a reminder, please keep your window lowered while in the carline during dismissal so that we may easily and quickly identify you. Also, please remember to stay in line and not park to get your scholar. When picking up before 4:00 PM, please contact us via phone for assistance. When dropping off your scholar, please park if you must get them ready for the day, then get in line.

Late Pickup (Senior K - 3rd)

Parents, when picking up after 4:45 PM, the flat rate of $15.00 is void, and your account will be charged by the minute.
