We pray that your fall break is off to a great start! Please review the important information below.
School Closing
As a reminder, BOLPA will be closed Friday, October 15th, for all students.
Important Deadlines
Fall Festival Ticket Deadline: Wednesday, October 13th at 4:00 PM
Botanic Garden Field Trip Signup Deadline (Vegan Club, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade): Friday, October 15th at 4:00 PM
Christmas Production Permission Slip Due: Monday, October 18th
Fall Festival 2021
Our annual fall festival is quickly approaching. This year, scholars will participate in a farm-themed day of fun. Scholars will enjoy fun games, activities, a photo booth, a train ride, a petting zoo, bounce houses, a festive lunch, and so much more. The cost is $15 per scholar, and tickets may be purchased online at www.bolpp.org/events.
The deadline to pay is Wednesday, October 13th, at 4:00 PM. After the 13th, tickets will increase to $20 per scholar. In addition, scholars will be allowed to dress in farm attire. They may dress as farmers, farm animals, etc. Please be advised that excessive props will not be allowed. Please note that misbehavior and miscon
duct may prohibit your scholar from participating in any and all school events, regardless of payment. We are excited about this year's festival and to celebrate this wonderful harvest season!

Carline Reminders
As a reminder, please keep your window lowered while in the carline during dismissal so that we may easily and quickly identify you. Also, please remember to stay in line and not park to get your scholar. When picking up before 4:00 PM, please contact us via phone for assistance. When dropping off your scholar, please park if you must get them ready for the day, then get in line.

Clubs (Senior K - 3rd Grade)
Parents, if your scholar is in the sports club, they may wear tennis shoes and athletic wear on the Mondays that the club meets. Also, vegan club students may wear their vegan shirts on their club days.
